Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer:
* A replacement product
* Store credit
* A partial or full refund where appropriate
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been prepared for delivery or shipment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
